SaaS Labs: Cloud-Base Automation Platform Raises $17M in Funding

The enterprise Automation platform SaaS Labs announced it has raised $17 million in Series A funding from Base 10 Partners and Eight Roads Ventures.

The company will use the funds to expand its customer base, release new products & services and expand its team, said in a statement.

What is SaaS Labs?

Founded in 2016 by Gaurav Sharma, SaaS Labs is a cloud-based Automation platform that creates software solutions to Automate business processes like Marketing, Sales, and Support. 

The company has its offices in Uttar Pradesh, India and California, United States.

The company has been awarded as 5th Fastest Growing Tech Company in India by Deloitte in 2019 and 40th High Growth Company in Asia-Pacific by FT in 2021.

SaaS Labs has companies like Walmart, Alibaba Group, Domino’s Pizza, and Jaguar in its portfolio.

 

What are the Products of SaaS Labs?

SaaS Labs has launched three products till now as JustCall, CallRoot, and Helpwise.

Among them, JustCall is a cloud-based phone system for Marketing, Sales, and Support teams that allows them to make, receive, record, and track phone calls, texts, and fax directly from CRM or Helpdesk. It has native integrations with over 70 other business tools.

CallRoot is also a cloud software for tracking and recording incoming phone calls, dynamically inserting phone numbers, and map referrer sourcing incoming calls. It can also integrate with tools like Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads to get better insights.

Helpwise is a shared inbox software that combines all customer communication in a single view. It has built-in Automation tools and integrations to help share the load among team members and automate tasks.
